Spence Diamonds

Bree was amazing. Husband and I decided to go for something different for our kids this Christmas. I first heard the term non-traditional diamonds in their radio spots over a year ago. I love one of a kind things and decided this would be an amazing way to celebrate how our kids are perfectly unique and have become outstanding examples of humanity. Bree was extremely patient and helpful in offering choices for each kid and once we found diamonds that was perfect for each, we had Spence's decide how each stone would be set on the necklace. Turnaround was far less than I expected and hubby and I agree that this was a great choice for Christmas . These pics don't do justice to the deep colours of these necklaces

My experience at Spence Diamonds was excellent, and I highly recommend. I first went to the Vancouver store to look for an engagement ring for my now fiancé. Staff were very friendly and a new salesperson suggested I speak with Alyssa, store director at the Langley branch who happened to be working in Vancouver that day. She was very thorough in explaining options to me and after letting her know my then girlfriend’s taste, she directed me to area of the store I should look. She was in no way pushy and left me to look at my leisure. After finding a few settings that I felt would suit her, she explained that I could take a prototype to England which is where I planned to propose. I didn’t know you could do that, so that part was awesome. Subsequently, we discussed budget and Alyssa came back with many options for mined diamonds and artisan-created diamonds alike. Following our trip to England (and successful proposal), we followed up with her at the Langley branch to finalize the ring selection. After walking us through “diamonds 101”, my fiancé made her decision. The ring was shipped to the Vancouver branch for pickup and my fiancé absolutely loves it! All in all, it was a 10 out of 10 experience with Spence Diamonds and Alyssa in particular. Highly recommend!

My experience with Spence Diamonds Langley was excellent! I was interested in a laboratory diamond, because of all the negative impacts of mined diamonds. Cheyenne Evans was great! She’s very knowledgeable. She gave me time to select the ring I wanted and then took the time to explain everything I needed to know about it. I recommend Spence Diamonds, and I highly recommend Cheyenne. Thank you so much. I love my ring!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My bf (now fiancé) and I visited Spence on a whim. I did my research on other jewellers because we didn’t want to feel like we were walking into a car dealership. We went in just to see what we liked/looked best. Bree was there to help us. Not once did we feel rushed, pushed or pressured. She allowed us to take our time, checking in periodically to see if we had any questions. She educated us about diamonds with zero obligation to purchase. Everyone in the store was so polite and professional. My fiancé shopped around a little bit after our visit and could not find a single place that could compare to Spence (diamond quality and customer service). My ring is something out of a fairytale. I could not be happier. Bree did a fantastic job!!!!! If you’re avoiding Spence because of their commercial on the radio, you’re making a huge mistake.

Do not shop here! We went here to shop for an engagement ring and we weren’t approached at all. We then asked an employee for help and she literally just told us to look at the dummy rings and walked off. Did not ask for what we are looking for or what we are interested in— complete turn off! The employee went back to the counter and stood there doing absolutely nothing. Our experience was terrible, don’t waste your time here you are better off going to an independent jeweller. Not to mention there displays had a lot of outdated looking engagement rings.

I was in search of the perfect ring and Taylor brought my vision to reality. I came into Spence and spoke with Taylor and explained what I was hoping to purchase for a gift and after describing what I was hoping for Taylor came through with flying colors and amazing service! I I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I am now working with Taylor on my next purchase and her attention to details along with her service and knowledge of jewelry are amazing! I Will be dealing with Taylor for all my future jewelry purchases!

My wife and I got our rings at the Langley store, first of all they didn’t deliver the rings in time for the wedding due to problems on their side. Second thing we were sold the rings by the manager and he promoted that we can come back for free cleaning and sizing for life if we buy from them. when we returned for the size and clean they tried charging us $180 and said it takes 2 weeks, they said the sizing deal was cancelled, 😡 do your self a favour don’t shop with these guys they are very shady and not honest. We will buy our 10 year anniversary rings somewhere honest with good customer service.
